Butterfly Blind Drill
The Butterfly Blind Drill was designed to improve the swimmer’s consistency and balance while performing the butterfly stroke in the pool.
- Perform one lap of butterfly stroke.
- Make sure you position yourself in the center of the swimming lane.
- Close your eyes.
- Perform as many butterfly strokes as you can before you come in contact with the wall at the end of the lane.
If you have gotten used to the sensation of performing the strokes with your eyes closed, you may add challenge to the drill by closing your eyes when performing an entire lap.
