Did you know that swimming is one of the best ways to lose weight, reduce stress and improve fitness with out putting a heap stress on your joints. We could give you a stack of data with all that statistics you like followed up with article after article of how great swimming is for you.  But if your reading this then you already know the benefits.

Imagine if you had a custom coaching program just for you where the coach looks at your technique and tells you where you need to change and what you need to focus on. Plus a training plan to help you improve your fitness and prepare for the upcoming meet or to just improve your fitness or even for fun.

Backstroke Swim Techniques

So here’s the deal:

  • One Initial online interview talking about your health and your goals
  • 12 x 1 hour training program (3 delivered per week)
  • 1 Skype call per week (when the time suits you) to keep you motivated and for you to ask questions.
  • Your own personal log in on the site so you can access exclusive drills and information to help you swim better.

OR

We can make a fully customized package to suit you.

There are no reoccurring payments, you choose the time frame. If you only want to do a month, that’s great if you want to keep going for more, no worries.

Plus we want to see you swim. So grab a that good looking life guard and ask for them to record you on your phone so you can send it to us.
